Phone: 6564 7838Fax: 6564 8354 Email: admin@nvlc.org.au High Street Nambucca Valley Landcare(NVL) is a non-profit community organisation whose primary role is to assist landholders living in the Nambucca River catchment to manage their natural resources, such as soils, water and vegetation, with a particular interest and expertise in the restoration of the Nambucca River and its tributaries. NVL acts as an umbrella organisation to smaller groups in the valley, being responsible for public liability insurance; we apply for, hold and administer funds; run educational workshop and field days; produce educational material; provide advice to, and take under our administration, all members of the community willing to carry out environmental projects whether they are groups or individuals. NVL is expanding its local networks and fostering community involvement in natural resource management, the results of which we believe are not yet fully realised. We employ a full time Community Support Officer who has been with us for10 years, offering a wealth of experience specific to the Nambucca. _____________________________________________________________________ Nambucca Valley Phoenix Limited
